Update lazyusf2 with some important RSP HLE changes, which protect against out of bounds memory access. Fixes a crash with Conker's Bad Fur Day, among others.
Disable RSP HLE warn logging. This was causing sparse41 and sparse43 from Conker's Bad Fur Day to return errors and fail to play with RSP HLE enabled.
Get working with the new SDK

Supported processor architecture: x86 32-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
